Light for my Love

Update artists notes picture explained by request ..
Unlike some of the other black and white series I didn't want to go full B/W with the model as the background is.
I wanted to express the feeling of dark gray background to put the scene across as depressing but have a small amount of color from them model to show the amount of feeling she is expressing and that no matter how gray/dark something seems to be there has to be a glimpse of color to guide you out.

When you lived yours with me.
You were the beacon in my darkness, and you helped me to see.
Now you have gone and that darkness returns.
Let me leave this lamp beside you,
To guide you while it burns.
